Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time.

How long does order processing take?

Order processing may take up to 3 business days. Carrier transit time applies after processing.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available in the USA and Puerto Rico on orders of $75 or more.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Pickup and delivery are coordinated directly with the customer. The pickup address is not published on the store.

Do you accept Zelle?

What materials are your pieces made from?

Approximately 98% of the pieces are stainless steel. A small percentage may include gold plating, titanium, or other materials or finishes. Please review the specific product information.

Can stainless steel pieces get wet?

Based on information confirmed by Versátil Accesorios, stainless steel pieces are resistant and can get wet and be worn during exercise. Over time, they may lose some shine, but they can be cleaned to help restore their appearance.

Are the pieces hypoallergenic?

Do you accept returns?

Under the current policy, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. Versátil Accesorios checks that products leave in good condition, with proper finishing and packaging.

What happens if my package is lost?

Shipped packages are handled by the carrier. Cases involving loss during transit are the carrier’s responsibility.

What if I entered the wrong address?

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing the order.

How long do personalized items take?
